Damaged or Missing Items
We pack every parcel with care, but if your order arrives damaged or incomplete, don’t worry — we’ll make it right.
Please contact us straight away through our Contact page or by replying to your order confirmation email.
We’ll send a replacement free of charge, no quibble.
Returns Policy
You can return any unopened and unused product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, in line with the UK Sale of Goods Act.
To start a return, please email us with:

Once approved, we’ll provide the return address and simple instructions.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we’ve received and checked your returned item.
Exclusions
Due to the nature of our handmade skincare products, we cannot accept returns of opened jars, bottles, or tins unless they arrive damaged or defective.
