Directions: put five drops into a burner and place in room for relaxing relief, alternatively at night or for children, place five drops onto a damp clean cloth and then drape the cloth on a radiator in a room or bedroom at night. The heat from the radiator acts as a candle would, vaporising the oil into the room but without the worry of a burning candle or water level in a burner.

Ingredients - bergamot essential oil (Citrus bergamia), geranium essential oil (Pelargonium graveolens), lemon essential oil (Citrus limonum), clary sage essential oil (Salvia sclarea) and basil essential oil (Ocimum basilicum).
